PcCillin is a very sophisticated protection tool, please be patient and don't overlook any of the following steps. 1- Please close all your Internet applications including the game client. Open the Firewall application and select the "Personal Network and Firewall controls" tab.

2- Click the "Settings" button.

3- Click on "Direct Internet Connection". 4- Go to "Edit".

5- Set the security level to "Low". 6- Select the "Program Control" tab.

7-Check the Rules list for any UltimateBet component. 8- If there aren't any UB components, click the "Add" button.

9- The first rule you need to include should be named "UltimateBet" for our main software client allowance. 10- Click "Browse".

11- Browse the following file path: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\ultimatebet.exe 12- Click the "Open" button.

13- Once the file path has been added as shown, you must set the status in "Simple Mode" to "Allow". 14- Click "OK".

15- Now you need to create a new rule for our auto update file under the name of "UB autoupdate" and add the following path as you did in steps 8 - 14: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\UBSoftUpdate.exe

16- Confirm your rules have been added, as shown above. 17- Click "OK" |

17- If firewall problems persist, go to the Personal Firewall main window, same as in steps #3-4 and select the "Home Network option. Please repeat steps 5 to 15 so the rules can also be added for this section of the Firewall. |
